The apartment is located in the center city, in the very posh and upscale Park Towne Place Apts with Art Museum at walking distance. Apartment building provides free bus service to city hall on weekdays, to WalmartIKIA on Saturdays and to Penns Landing on Sundays. Apartment building has free swimming pool and free, 24 hrs open gymnasium. The apartment is in the west building, 12th floor and the view from the room is the Skukill river and down town skyline. Its a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment which I am sharing with 2 other people. Rooms are fully carpeted with large closets and airconditionerheater. From May 25 to July 31, one bedroom will be empty and out for sublet. The rent for this room is 686 utilities per month. Utilities will be around 50 per month.
